About this asset

Centred on essential office support, this Revit family provides a natural wood printer table complete with a tabletop photocopier and recycling bins. The assembly comprises a utilitarian rectangular work table constructed with a flat natural-wood top supported by four straight square-profile legs and perimeter aprons. Atop the work surface sits a detailed multifunction photocopier with an automatic document feeder, control console, and paper output tray, accompanied by desktop stationeries including a stapler and hole punch. Positioned beneath the open lower clearance are two matching tapered rectangular waste receptacles finished in vibrant blue plastic, forming a complete self-contained print and document processing station.

The download is a 2.5 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Loading this native RFA file into project templates allows architects and space planners to coordinate utility clearances directly in floor plans and 3D interior views. Position the component in dedicated copy alcoves or service corridors, checking surrounding circulation space. Subcategory visibility controls assist in toggling equipment details across schematic layouts, detailed equipment schedules, and interior elevations.

Essential for corporate office interiors, educational staff rooms, municipal facilities, and commercial print hubs, this utility station furnishes back-of-house support zones. It pairs logically with perimeter supply cabinetry, collating benches, and recycling sorting stations during design development and fit-out documentation. Specifiers seeking an office copy station, printer work table, document processing desk, or utility room layout asset can rapidly populate back-office support spaces.
