About this asset

Video game cases modelled as a Revit family, featuring standard slim plastic jewel casing with authentic box art prints for residential shelf staging. This asset represents standard optical disc media packaging modelled with realistic proportions. Each rectangular unit replicates a clear-front plastic sleeve housing printed cover inserts, displaying detailed spine graphics and rear jacket text layouts. The arrangement displays units standing upright on a shelf surface, presenting both exposed narrow spines and broad cover artwork. Clean geometric edges define the casing perimeter, recreating the thin protective housing typical of console gaming discs. Textures depict multicoloured cover art, licensing iconography, and barcode graphics to deliver believable micro-detail when viewed at close to medium range.

The download is a 246 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for fast placement in Revit, this component functions as a decorative accessory for custom casework or millwork assemblies. Users can host or align the element directly onto shelving planes, console tabletops, or TV credenza surfaces. Material parameters allow easy mapping of custom texture maps if alternative box art or media branding is required, keeping scene geometry lightweight while adding realistic lived-in detail to rendering passes.

Well-suited for residential interiors, this accessory fits naturally into teenage bedrooms, family entertainment rooms, home cinema dens, and media room casework. Designers frequently incorporate detailed media cases, video game collections, and bookshelf accessories when styling contemporary living spaces or staging high-end apartment visualisations. The model pairs seamlessly with television units, gaming consoles, floating wall shelves, and audio-visual cabinetry to create a casual, believable domestic ambience during presentation renderings.
