About this asset

Modern grey office chair Revit family featuring angular armrests, a contoured seat, and a five-star wheeled caster base. Featuring geometric contours, this task chair incorporates a clean rectangular backrest, a softly pitched seat cushion, and pronounced angled armrests with segmented top pads. Structural back support is managed through an under-seat bracket linked to a central cylindrical column. The base terminates in a curved five-star spider leg assembly fitted with individual rolling casters. Modeled with crisp edges and uniform grey tones, the unit represents typical workplace seating with defined components for the upholstery shell, framework, and mobile support hardware.

The download is a 1.9 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this furniture family directly into Revit projects to populate workplace floor plans, technical elevations, and coordinating schedules. Place the unit onto any active level, adjusting location and orientation using the spacebar. For visual documentation, map project-specific materials to separate subcategories or family parameters to control fabric colour, plastic trim, and metallic base finishes in both realistic views and cloud renderings.

This task chair is well suited for workplace space planning across commercial offices, corporate headquarters, coworking facilities, and home study areas. It integrates seamlessly into workstation clusters, meeting rooms, computer labs, and private executive suites alongside modular desks and conference tables. Architects and BIM coordinators can utilize this model during space programming, interior fit-outs, and FF&E furniture scheduling stages to evaluate clearances and layout density.
