About this asset

Modern grey modular sofa Revit family featuring a two-cushion seat with a single right armrest for sectional seating configurations. This modular sofa unit is structured as an asymmetric two-seat end piece with a rectilinear perimeter base and low-profile bracket feet. A wide, block-style armrest terminates the right side, leaving the left edge flush and open to dock seamlessly alongside complementary lounge modules or corner units. The seating surface features two squared seat cushions complemented by slightly angled backrest bolsters that provide lumbar support. Crisp chamfers and minimal joint gaps define the upholstery volumes, presenting a streamlined, modern geometric silhouette suitable for contemporary space planning.

The download is a 410 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for efficient project documentation, this Revit furniture component loads directly into project templates as a standard floor-hosted family. Its clean solid geometry maintains lightweight file overhead, ensuring snappy navigation across extensive floor plans and multi-unit layouts. In plan and elevation views, the family generates clear vector linework with visible seams, while material parameter channels enable team members to assign project-specific upholstery fabrics and frame finishes.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel suites, and commercial reception lounges, this one-arm sofa module assists interior designers during early space allocation and tender package documentation. It pairs cleanly with matching sectional components, chaise lounges, low coffee tables, and accent armchairs. Searchers looking for sectional sofa revit families, modular lounge seating, two-seater end units, and contemporary upholstered couches will find this versatile component well-suited for high-density fitouts and test fits.
