About this asset

Modern modular shelving Revit family showcasing stepped open cubbies and varied height frame modules finished in a clean neutral grey. Rendered in a contemporary neutral grey tone, this modular shelving ensemble consists of rectilinear box units arranged in varying vertical tiers. The modular arrangement features a low-profile two-bay bench base, a mid-height unit with three horizontal open sections, and a full-height two-column bookcase configured with five tiers of cubbies. Each module is built with consistent panel thicknesses, clean right angles, and flush outer faces that align seamlessly side-by-side. The open cubby design eliminates back panels or doors, emphasizing straightforward geometric storage and display compartments suited for modern interiors.

The download is a 276 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the RFA component directly into your Revit project environment to populate interior elevations, sections, and floor plan layouts. The element can be placed against perimeter partition walls or configured as freestanding room dividers within living and study spaces. Assign project-specific materials or shading overrides in the family parameters to coordinate the finish with casework specifications and create consistent visualization renders.

Ideal for multi-family residential developments, contemporary apartments, student housing, and boutique home office schemes, this versatile casework fits scheme phases from space planning through to detailed interior fit-out. It pairs naturally with low media consoles, modular sofas, and desk arrangements. Designers searching for modular shelving, open bookcase units, living room casework, or storage cubby components will find this layout adaptable across communal lounges, studies, and media zones.
