About this asset

Built as a Revit family, this modern parametric shelving unit features a rectilinear frame holding an extensive matrix of uniform square cubbies. The fixture presents a tall, broad rectangular profile composed of an outer perimeter casing and a tightly divided internal lattice. Each square cubby module provides shallow partition storage or display space across dozens of horizontal and vertical divisions. Finished in a uniform neutral grey tone, the overall structure reads as a monolithic wall grid. The clean, unadorned edges and repetitive geometry emphasize functional precision, creating a clean spatial divider or comprehensive storage surface without extraneous decorative trim or heavy base framing.

The download is a 420 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this native RFA component directly into your project environment to populate interior elevations and space planning schemes. As a furniture family, it snaps cleanly against partition walls or functions as an open room divider. Assign custom material parameters in the type properties to reflect natural wood, painted joinery, or powder-coated metal, and adjust visibility graphics to manage line weights across documentation views.

Suited for contemporary commercial offices, corporate libraries, retail boutiques, and modern residential interiors, this shelving screen serves effectively during schematic design and design development. Interior designers can incorporate the unit into open-plan work environments, print storage backrooms, or living area focal walls. It pairs naturally with minimalist work desks, modular benching systems, and acoustic ceiling panels, meeting typical project requirements for modular cubby walls and technical grid shelving.
