About this asset

Modern cantilever patio umbrella Revit family featuring an offset timber mast, weighted base block, and a faceted grey shade canopy. The fixture consists of an offset vertical mast with a diagonal boom arm supporting an overhead octagonal canopy. Rendered in a warm natural-wood tone, the frame connects to an angled support strut that suspends the faceted fabric umbrella without a central obstruction. The shade membrane features clean, tensioned segments meeting at a central cap apex, finished in neutral grey. At the ground level, the mast anchors into a compact rectangular ballast base block, balancing the cantilevered arm while keeping the usable footprint beneath the shaded zone clear.

The download is a 512 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into your Revit project environment to outfit landscape layouts, external amenity decks, and terrace drawings. As a freestanding furniture element, it hosts easily to floor slabs, topography, or hardscape levels in both plan and 3D views. Assign project materials to canopy and frame subcategories to match custom specification schedules, exterior render palettes, and coordinated presentation documentation.

Designed for exterior hospitality and residential schemes, this cantilever sunshade fits outdoor dining patios, resort poolside decks, rooftop lounges, and cafe terraces. It pairs naturally with outdoor lounge chairs, sun loungers, dining tables, and exterior planters. The offset design provides solar protection over open seating clusters without mast interference, fulfilling searches for outdoor parasol, cantilever umbrella, patio shade structure, and pool umbrella in exterior site documentation.
