About this asset

Geometric and sculptural, this contemporary side table Revit family features a multifaceted hourglass silhouette rendered with mirrored plane surfaces. Defined by its dynamic triangular facets, the unit forms an hourglass silhouette tapered toward the waist and resting on a square base. Flat polygonal planes slope upward to meet an identical square top surface, generating an interplay of angular reflections across every elevation. The monolithic design presents crisp edge geometry without visible hardware, framing, or trim. Its muted grey finish denotes mirrored cladding over an underlying substrate, delivering a compact footprint with striking geometric depth suitable for accent placement beside seating.

The download is a 266 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Supplied as a native Revit component (.rfa), the family inserts directly into floor plan or three-dimensional interior views as a freestanding furniture item. Parameters can be adjusted within project type properties to assign glass or mirror material shaders for photorealistic rendering engines. Clean geometric edge lines maintain fluid navigation in complex BIM models while generating precise graphics in orthographic views.

Ideal for high-end residential interiors, luxury hotel suites, and executive reception lounges, this accent piece functions seamlessly as an end table or bedside stand. The sculptural form pairs naturally alongside clean-lined upholstered sofas, modular sectionals, and reading armchairs. Interior designers and BIM coordinators frequently specify this faceted drum table in concept presentations, FF&E schedules, and client renderings seeking an architectural focal point with reflective quality.
