About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a hybrid kitchen island and integrated timber table, complete with three metal chairs. This integrated furniture unit combines a solid kitchen island block with an extended dining table, creating a seamless transition between food preparation and social dining. The island features a substantial stone countertop and a soft pink-toned base, while the attached dining surface is finished in a dark, rich timber. Accompanying the piece are three slender, black metal chairs with circular seats and distinctive curved backrests. The set is visually anchored by a linear, dark wood pendant light fixture suspended above the dining area, providing a balanced, minimalist aesthetic suitable for open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 71.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should manage the geometry using layers to isolate the lighting, seating, and main unit for easier scene manipulation. Textures for the stone and timber surfaces are mapped to allow for adjustments in reflection and bump intensity. Ensure the pivot points are correctly set at the base of the island to facilitate accurate placement within floor plans.

This versatile set is ideal for modern open-plan residential projects, particularly in luxury apartments where space efficiency is paramount. It functions effectively as a focal point in contemporary kitchen designs or boutique restaurant interiors. Professionals looking for integrated kitchen-dining solutions will find this model useful for demonstrating multifunctional living areas. It pairs well with minimalist cabinetry and neutral interior palettes.
