Modern Beige Fabric Office Cubicle with Glazed Screens

Modern beige office cubicle workstation modelled as a parametric Revit family with perimeter acoustic panels and clear glazed upper screens. This workstation unit features a three-sided enclosure constructed from floor-standing acoustic divider screens in a light beige finish. The upper perimeter is capped with framed clear glazed panels in dark trim, allowing sightlines and ambient light penetration while defining personal focus space. Inside the enclosure sits a horizontal timber laminate worktop supported by side returns and integrated modesty panels. A compact under-desk pedestal unit provides local document or hardware storage. Crisp junction details join the modular partition panels at right angles, providing a clean modular footprint for space planning.

The download is a 584 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Designed for commercial workplace space planning, this Revit component loads directly into project environments as a standalone furniture family. Designers can place individual units or align them in back-to-back clusters across floor plates. The family allows standard level hosting and can be scheduled cleanly under furniture categories. Material definitions for panel upholstery, clear glazing, framing, and timber surfaces can be customized via project material parameters.

Ideal for high-density open-plan offices, call centres, corporate headquarters, and educational administration suites, this cubicle asset supports preliminary space allocation through to detailed interior fit-out drawings. It pairs naturally with task seating, desktop computer hardware, cable spines, and storage credenzas. Architects and workplace planners commonly locate this element when drafting corporate interior test fits, commercial office layouts, modular workstation configurations, and acoustic workstation clusters in schematic and construction documentation phases.
