About this asset

Hexagonal timber picnic table Revit family featuring integrated perimeter bench seating, central umbrella grommet, and optional fabric sun canopy. Constructed from slatted timber boards, this outdoor dining unit features a concentric hexagonal tabletop surrounded by attached bench seating arranged around all six facets. Angled support legs and under-table braces stabilize the perimeter bench platforms into a unified frame. A central aperture accommodates a matching six-panel parasol mast anchored into a low-profile weighted base. Rendered with pale off-white painted wood surfaces, a dark green fabric umbrella canopy, and metallic hardware, the geometry delivers clean outlines suitable for general external layout coordination and visualization.

The download is a 4.8 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA family directly into Revit projects to populate outdoor dining areas, courtyards, or public landscape schemes. The component places easily onto host topo surfaces, exterior floor slabs, or paving levels, maintaining clean plan representations and projected shadows in elevations. Material parameters allow quick swapping of timber finishes, paint colours, and canopy textiles to align with project palettes.

Tailored for exterior amenity zones across education campuses, corporate plazas, public parks, and beer gardens, this hexagonal outdoor dining set provides multi-user capacity in compact footprints. The piece pairs seamlessly with surrounding hardscape elements, trash receptacles, perimeter planters, and outdoor street furniture. Designers searching for exterior picnic benches, park tables with parasols, or commercial landscape furniture families can implement this unit during schematic site planning through detailed tender visualizations.
