About this asset

Contemporary executive VIP office scene modelled as a native Revit family, featuring a curved timber desk set, lounge seating, and architectural finishes. The arrangement centres on an executive desk with a warm honey-timber finish and an integrated curved return, complemented by a low matching credenza behind. Seating includes an ergonomic high-back executive task chair alongside two low-slung guest armchairs upholstered in dark faux leather with textured arm accents. A compact square wooden coffee table sits between the guest chairs to create an informal meeting zone. The surrounding environment integrates full-height vertical window louvres, timber wall cladding, recessed ceiling bulkheads with indirect cove illumination, and modular carpeting.

The download is a 3 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Delivered as an RFA component, the assembly can be loaded directly into Revit project templates or workspace layouts. Designers can position the room layout relative to structural grids or adapt interior material parameters across the joinery and upholstery. Hosted elements align cleanly against floor slabs and walls, allowing efficient generation of design presentation views, interior elevations, schedules, and Enscape or V-Ray renderings.

Suited for corporate headquarters, law firms, executive suites, and commercial workplace interiors, this setup provides a comprehensive directorial office scheme. It works well during concept planning and schematic design phases to demonstrate space planning, client meeting configurations, and private managerial suites. Specifiers searching for executive office furniture, managerial desk sets, commercial office staging, or VIP workspace layouts will find this setup ready for immediate spatial coordination.
