About this asset

Contemporary three-seater sofa rendered as a Revit family, featuring tailored terracotta upholstery and structured low-profile track arms. Defined by rectilinear geometry and structured proportions, the seating element incorporates three contoured backrest cushions set against an upright back frame. The lower bench base supports three distinct seat cushions detailed with neat perimeter seams. Slender vertical track arms flank the composition with minimal bulk, grounding the profile over discreet, dark low-profile feet that create a delicate shadow gap against the finished floor plane. The terracotta-toned upholstery displays a refined, uniform texture suitable for commercial and corporate interiors where durable contract seating is required.

The download is a 717 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the RFA component directly into the Revit project environment to insert floor-hosted furniture elements within space planning and FF&E layouts. Material finish parameters can be adjusted via the family type properties to align rendered surfaces with interior schedule specifications. The clean geometry supports crisp hidden line projections in architectural floor plans, elevations, and section sheets without generating extraneous CAD mesh lines.

Designed primarily for corporate, commercial, and executive settings, this piece coordinates effortlessly within corporate reception zones, client waiting areas, executive breakrooms, and collaborative office lounges. It pairs effectively with low metal coffee tables, modular storage credentials, and architectural accent lighting. Interior designers and BIM technicians seeking commercial sofas, office lounge seating, or contract three-seater couches will find this family well suited for detail design documentation and visual presentations.
