Contemporary Casual and Business Female Characters Set of 4

This set of four contemporary female characters for SketchUp features diverse casual and professional attire for architectural visualization. This collection includes four distinct female figures, each rendered with realistic fabric textures and varied clothing styles. The set comprises one figure in a striped dress, one in a plaid shirt with denim jeans, one seated figure in a neutral sweater and trousers, and one professional figure in a tailored blue skirt suit. Each model is captured in a natural pose, suitable for populating interior or exterior architectural scenes. The proportions and detailing are consistent, providing a balanced visual scale when placed within a project file to represent human activity and scale.

The download is a 102 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

These characters are designed for seamless integration into SketchUp projects as individual component files. Users can easily import, rotate, and position these figures to populate architectural spaces. Given their role as entourage, it is standard practice to place them on a dedicated layer or tag, allowing for easy toggling during the design process. They are optimized for quick placement, ensuring that rendering performance remains efficient while adding a necessary sense of scale and life to interior or urban design visualizations.

These models are essential for adding human scale to residential, corporate, and retail design projects. They are particularly effective when placed in lobbies, office break-out areas, or lifestyle-focused interior renderings to suggest occupancy and movement. Professionals often use such sets to enhance the narrative quality of their presentation imagery, ensuring that spaces feel lived-in and accessible. They pair well with diverse architectural styles, from modern minimalist offices to relaxed residential living areas, helping clients visualize the intended use and flow of a space.
