About this asset

This contemporary dining table scene is a Revit family file featuring a grey concrete surface and matching upholstered blue dining chairs. The scene features a rectangular dining table finished in a textured grey concrete, supported by a substantial solid base. It is presented as part of a cohesive living and dining arrangement, complete with four upholstered dining chairs in a deep blue fabric. The surrounding interior includes a low-profile storage unit with open shelving in a natural wood finish, a matching sideboard, and a decorative aquarium console. The composition is grounded by warm timber flooring, creating a balanced aesthetic that integrates industrial textures with soft textiles and clean, functional furniture lines.

The download is a 1014 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this scene is managed as a comprehensive family, allowing users to toggle specific furniture items or adjust the overall layout within a project. Professionals can utilise the file to populate residential floor plans or interior elevations, ensuring accurate spatial coordination during the design development stage. The materials are pre-configured for standard rendering outputs, though users may adjust surface parameters or replace textures to suit specific project palettes or lighting conditions within the native environment.

This asset is suited for residential projects, particularly open-plan apartment layouts or modern townhouse dining areas. It serves as a ready-made visual reference for interior designers and architects working on early-stage concept modelling or final presentation renders. The grouping of the table with chairs and storage units makes it ideal for demonstrating spatial flow and furniture arrangement in small-to-medium scale living spaces. Professionals searching for cohesive dining sets or industrial-inspired interior mockups will find this model highly applicable for rapid project documentation.
