Classic Brown Timber Executive Desk with Inset Top

Featuring a solid timber build, this Revit family executive desk provides twin pedestal bases, vertical slatted cutouts, and a dark desktop inlay. The desk presents a monolithic double-pedestal silhouette rendered in warm-toned timber grain texturing. Its broad rectangular desktop incorporates a recessed rectangular centre insert, reminiscent of a classic writing pad or contrasting wood veneer. Below, twin pedestal compartments flank a recessed central kneehole modesty panel. Each pedestal features open inner voids framed by vertical spindles or ventilation bars along the flank. The grounded base rails provide stability, while the stepped overhang of the upper surface adds visual weight, lending the overall volume an imposing architectural presence suitable for traditional study or commercial interior layouts.

The download is a 102 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Supplied as a native Revit family component (.rfa), this standalone desk element inserts directly into floor plan views, snapping easily to reference planes or wall faces. Users can assign project-specific materials via instance or type parameters to match interior joinery specifications. Its lightweight geometry ensures efficient performance within large multi-room project models, making it straightforward to schedule in furniture takeoffs without bogging down rendering pipelines.
