Classic beige fabric bar stool Revit family featuring a dark timber frame, nailhead trim detailing, and a protective brass footrest. Designed with traditional tailoring, this bar stool incorporates a gently curved, padded backrest adorned with dark nailhead trim along the lateral borders. A thick box cushion provides substantial seat depth above a solid timber subframe finished in rich walnut-brown. Four tapered wooden legs are reinforced by perimeter stretchers, curved at the top apron and straight below, functioning as sturdy footrests. The forward stretcher is fitted with a polished brass wear plate to resist scuffing during everyday use, combining practical contract durability with refined residential upholstery details.
The download is a 1.7 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Delivered as an RFA component, the stool loads directly into Revit interior models without geometry conversion issues. Place it onto finished floor levels at kitchen islands or hospitality counters. Material parameter assignments allow quick adjustments to timber stain colours and fabric textiles to match specific client interior boards, while the geometry maintains crisp linework in plan elevations, sections, and BIM rendering passes.
Suited to high-end residential kitchen schemes, boutique hotel lounges, private clubhouses, and upscale restaurant bar counters. The piece integrates seamlessly into detailed millwork layouts, pairing naturally with waterfall marble island counters, brass architectural hardware, and panelled cabinetry. Visualisers and architects specifying high stools, upholstered counter seating, or luxury bar furniture can coordinate seat clearances and compile accurate FF&E schedules across interior documentation packages.
