Brown Wood Desk Frame – Steelcase Nurture Folio

Designed for modular clinical workstations, this brown desk frame Revit family features integrated side supports and a structural back panel. This modular casework element forms an open knee-space desk base with two full-depth vertical gable ends and a structural back panel. Fabricated in a uniform warm brown finish characteristic of wood veneer or architectural laminate, the unit features an upper cross rail to receive and support a continuous worksurface or countertop. The open-front, open-top configuration provides unimpeded leg clearance for seated tasks while maintaining lateral rigidity. Clean orthogonal edges and flush junctions define the minimalist casework aesthetic, providing a streamlined structural foundation for integrated medical or administrative desk runs.

The download is a 215 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this native RFA file into project environments to layout modular administrative stations, nurses' work areas, or exam room counters. The component can be arrayed alongside standard base cabinets or set between finished casework end panels. Users can align the back face directly against host partition walls, verify clearance heights in section views, and assign custom material parameters across the support carcass to coordinate with finish schedules.

Engineered for high-traffic healthcare, commercial, and institutional interiors, this desk frame supports reception counters, nurse stations, consultation suites, and laboratory write-up alcoves. The unit integrates seamlessly with casework runs, under-desk mobile pedestals, and continuous solid-surface or laminate worktops. Architectural specifiers and medical planners searching for open knee-well casework, clinical desk carcasses, modular base framing, or Steelcase Nurture components will find this family well suited for schematic layout and equipment coordination.
