About this asset

Acoustic partition panel Revit family based on the Herman Miller Action Office system, featuring a tackable fabric face and an integrated raceway base. The panel displays a vertical rectangular geometry designed for modular space division. A tackable fabric acoustic surface in a muted beige tone covers the upper body, edged by slender trim profiles and corner caps. Along the bottom, a heavy-duty structural base in deep charcoal houses three modular access knockouts for cable routing, power feeds, and data connections. Crisp vertical edges facilitate linear and orthogonal panel-to-panel connections, maintaining a tidy visual profile across continuous workstations while dampening ambient sound in busy commercial environments.

The download is a 655 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this RFA component directly into Autodesk Revit project environments to lay out workstation clusters and interior circulation spines. The family aligns smoothly along plan reference planes and snaps to adjacent panel units. Schedule parameters and material assignments can be managed directly in the Family Types dialogue, enabling consistent quantity takeoff and streamlined documentation on floor plans, interior elevations, and furniture coordination drawings.

Configured for commercial workplace interiors, corporate fit-outs, call centres, and administrative facilities, this modular barrier supports both private cubicle runs and open-plan team benching layouts. It pairs seamlessly with office desking, task chairs, and under-desk mobile pedestals during schematic space planning and detailed construction documentation phases. Designers searching for modular office partitions, acoustic screens, demountable workplace dividers, and system furniture components will find this BIM asset suitable for accurate architectural detailing.
