About this asset

This modern Revit family features a green marble desk mat and a dual pen holder, providing a refined aesthetic for executive office interiors. This desk accessory set comprises a rectangular desk mat with contrasting black end panels and a heavy stone-effect base holding two pens. The primary surface is rendered in a vibrant green, suggesting a polished marble or high-quality laminate finish, while the pen base features a mottled white and black pattern. The pens themselves are sleek, featuring metallic shafts that provide a clean, contemporary profile. The proportions are balanced for standard executive desk configurations, offering a sophisticated focal point for high-end office visualisations and interior design documentation.

The download is a 246 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is designed for straightforward placement on horizontal surfaces like desks or console tables. Users should place the component using the face-based host to ensure it sits flush on the desktop geometry. Since it is a small-scale decor item, it is best kept on a dedicated 'Furniture/Decor' sub-category or workset to manage visibility during rendering. Adjusting the material parameters within the properties palette allows for quick customisation of the base stone finish to match specific interior design schemes.

Ideal for architectural visualisations, this set enhances the realism of executive offices, home studies, and high-end reception desks. It pairs effectively with modern walnut or oak workstations and minimalist office chairs. Professionals searching for 'executive desk accessories', 'office decor props', or 'luxury stationery sets' will find this asset useful for staging scenes that require a polished, lived-in feel. It is particularly suited for project stages involving interior design presentations and high-quality photorealistic rendering where detailed tabletop items are required.
