Contemporary Black Rectangular Dining Set with Acrylic Chairs

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a minimalist black rectangular table paired with four transparent acrylic chairs. This dining set comprises a sleek, rectangular dining table finished in a deep matte black, supported by clean, straight legs. Accompanying the table are four lightweight, transparent acrylic chairs that provide a striking visual contrast to the solid, dark frame of the table. The design is intentionally understated, focusing on the interplay between the opaque, solid surfaces of the table and the light-transmitting properties of the chairs. This combination creates a balanced, modern aesthetic suitable for smaller dining areas where maintaining a sense of openness and visual lightness is a priority.

The download is a 16.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this 3ds Max set into a scene, merge the file into your project workspace. The objects are grouped for easy placement; however, you may want to ungroup them to adjust individual chair rotations or to swap the seating arrangement. Ensure that the material properties for the acrylic chairs are correctly mapped with appropriate refraction and glossiness settings to achieve the desired transparency. The table and chairs are scaled to standard ergonomic dimensions, allowing for quick alignment within your architectural interior visualizations.
