About this asset

This contemporary circular reception desk is a Revit family featuring a clean, curved wood finish suitable for modern office lobbies. Designed with a distinct circular geometry, this reception desk provides a continuous, wrap-around counter space with an integrated lower work surface for staff. The form is defined by its sweeping curved profile, finished in a light natural wood grain that provides a warm, professional aesthetic. The structure features a raised front panel that conceals the internal workspace, maintaining a tidy appearance for visitors. The design is robust, with clear separation between the public-facing counter and the internal desk area, making it a functional solution for high-traffic entry points and professional environments.

The download is a 410 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is typically deployed by loading it into the project environment and placing it on a floor plan. Users should leverage the built-in reference planes for precise alignment within a lobby or reception area. Material parameters allow for customising the wood finish to match specific project colour palettes. Being a native RFA file, it supports standard scheduling for furniture counts and can be easily rotated to suit the orientation of the building entrance or circulation paths.

This reception desk is ideal for commercial office buildings, corporate headquarters, hotel lobbies, and high-end retail showrooms. It pairs effectively with minimalist seating, modern lighting fixtures, and architectural feature walls. Professionals often search for this asset when planning open-plan reception areas or compact visitor check-in zones. Its neutral, contemporary design ensures it integrates seamlessly into various interior styles, from professional workspaces to boutique hospitality settings, providing a focal point for the main entrance while maintaining essential functionality for administrative staff.
