About this asset

This contemporary brown metal decorative fence Revit family features a unique irregular slat arrangement for modern landscape design. This decorative fence panel features a distinct aesthetic defined by vertical and diagonal metal slats arranged in an irregular, intersecting pattern. The design creates a dynamic visual rhythm, moving away from uniform picket styles to a more organic, modern look. The structure is supported by robust, square-profile end posts, providing a clean frame for the central infill. Finished in a deep brown tone, the material appears as powder-coated steel or similar durable metal, suitable for external exposure. Its proportions are balanced, offering a semi-transparent screen that maintains privacy while allowing light and airflow through the gaps.

The download is a 461 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

In Revit, this family is intended for use in site plans or as a boundary element in 3D views. Users should load the RFA into their project environment and place it using the component tool. Because it is a modular panel, it can be aligned and arrayed along site boundaries or property lines. Materials can be adjusted within the family editor to match project-specific site requirements, such as changing the finish to match other outdoor metal fixtures or architectural elements.

Ideal for residential landscape projects, this fence serves as a stylish boundary marker, garden screen, or decorative partition for terraces and patio areas. It works well in contemporary or minimalist garden designs where a structured yet non-traditional aesthetic is required. Architects and designers can specify this for exterior site works or as a feature element within a courtyard.
