About this asset

This traditional blue police box TARDIS Revit family is a detailed architectural prop featuring iconic panelled doors and a lantern. Representing the classic British police box aesthetic, this 3D asset is rendered with a deep blue finish and traditional timber-frame construction. The design features symmetrical, multi-panelled side walls with recessed door sections and a distinct, stepped roof structure topped by a functional-looking lantern fixture. Glazed window panes are set into the upper sections of the doors, while the fascia boards carry the characteristic signage. The form is monolithic and upright, capturing the specific proportions of the mid-century design era with clean, geometric lines suitable for high-quality architectural visualisations.

The download is a 4 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load this family into your Revit project as a standard entourage component. Once placed in the site plan or exterior scene, the model can be scaled to fit specific project requirements. Users should manage visibility via standard object styles to toggle detail levels if necessary. The material parameters allow for adjustments to the blue paint finish or the glass transparency, ensuring the asset integrates seamlessly with the surrounding site lighting and environmental rendering settings.

Primarily intended for site modelling, urban design projects, or thematic architectural visualisations, this police box adds a touch of historical character to public space layouts. It functions well as a focal point within a park, streetscape, or plaza, pairing effectively with classic pavement textures, street lighting, and traditional urban site furniture. Professionals seeking to populate historical or cinematic scenes will find this asset useful for adding visual interest and context to exterior environments during the design development phase.
