About this asset

Engineered as a Revit family, this modern curtain wall automatic sliding door features a four-panel bi-parting glass assembly with a top operator. Constructed with a continuous overhead operator housing, the assembly incorporates four glazed door leaves set within slender grey aluminium frames. The biparting layout comprises two central sliding panels flanked by two stationary sidelites, each divided horizontally by a mid-rail mullion for structural reinforcement and visual rhythm. Crisp rectangular profiles define the outer perimeter and glazing pockets, providing a clear division between individual glass lights. The neutral grey finish offers an understated, functional aesthetic suitable for integration into exterior shopfronts or interior glazed partition assemblies.

The download is a 133 KB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Within BIM environments, this component can be loaded directly into architectural project templates to replace standard curtain wall panels or serve within entrance system schedules. Insertion along curtain grids allows seamless alignment with adjacent mullions and spandrel glass. Material parameters can be reassigned to match project-specific metal finishes and vision glazing specifications, ensuring consistent graphic output in floor plans, elevations, and 3D coordination views.

This automated entrance is tailored for high-traffic commercial foyers, healthcare facilities, airport terminals, and retail storefronts where hands-free access is mandated. It complements structural silicone glazed facades, aluminium storefront screens, and vestibule layouts in schematic design through tender documentation. Specifiers seeking commercial automatic doors, bi-parting glass sliders, or glazed entry systems will find it ideal for establishing barrier-free egress paths while coordinating clearances with ceiling soffits, structural lintels, and adjacent curtain wall framing.
