This modern glazed single door Revit family features an integrated side panel, full-width transom, and central vision lite for interior partitions. The assembly comprises a flush single swing door panel set within a clean profile frame, flanked by a full-height glazed sidelight on one side. A rectangular vision lite is centered within the main door leaf, equipped with an architectural lever handle. Positioned directly above both the door and sidelight is a continuous transom window divided into two clerestory panels by a vertical mullion. Thin perimeter framing defines each glazed section, creating an open architectural opening suitable for maximizing sightlines and daylight transmission through corridor partitions.
The download is a 1.5 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.
Designed as a wall-hosted Revit family, this component inserts directly into standard architectural partition walls. Modelled geometries automatically generate appropriate rough wall cutouts. Users can assign separate materials to the frame, glazing, handle hardware, and leaf finishes within the type properties or instance parameters. In plan, elevation, and 3D views, standard graphical representations and swing arcs display cleanly for coordinated architectural documentation.
Appropriate for commercial office fit-outs, university campus corridors, administrative suites, and healthcare consulting rooms, this assembly provides acoustic separation while maintaining daylight distribution. It pairs effectively with gypsum board partitions, modular glass demountable walls, and finished concrete corridors. Architects frequently search for this configuration as an office sidelight door, entry portal with clerestory, or commercial flush door with transom for schematic design through construction drawings.
