About this asset

A classic segment head glazed double door Revit family from Kolbe Ultra, featuring arched upper glazing and dual raised panels over a low-profile sill. This exterior unit presents a segmented arched top profile encasing twin inswing leaves. The upper portion of each leaf contains an expansive arched vision lite, while the lower section features two recessed panels with bevelled interior moulding profiles. Outer casing frames the perimeter of the arch, while an integral centre mullion and astragal meet between the operable leaves. Finished in an off-white coating with a contrasting dark threshold, the assembly provides a balanced combination of daylight transmission, classical proportioning, and low-clearance accessibility.

The download is a 1 MB file containing a Revit family (.rfa). Load it into a project from the Insert tab with Load Family, then place it like any other component of its category; it schedules and tags with the rest of your model.

Load the family directly into a Revit project and place it hosted within standard exterior wall assemblies. Adjust instance and type parameters to configure dimensional requirements, frame depths, and material finishes for wood, aluminium cladding, or glass. Visibility settings allow clean display in plan, section, and elevation cuts, ensuring coordinated door schedules and accurate quantity take-offs.

Suited to high-end residential estates, boutique hotels, historical renovations, and classical townhouses, this double entrance door establishes an inviting focal opening. It functions seamlessly as a grand main entry, terrace portal, or garden pavilion transition. Architects and specifiers searching for arched French doors, accessible threshold exterior doors, or segmental transom inswing units will find this element ideal for schematic elevations through to tender documentation.
