Potted Strelitzia Nicolai in Brown Ceramic Pot

Potted Strelitzia Nicolai SketchUp model featuring broad, deep green leaves housed in a simple matte brown ceramic planter vessel. This decorative indoor plant model depicts a Strelitzia Nicolai, commonly known as the giant white bird of paradise. The foliage is characterised by large, elongated, paddle-shaped leaves with distinct veining, radiating from a central cluster. The plant is set within a minimalist, rounded ceramic pot with a smooth, matte brown finish. The soil surface is represented with a textured, light green moss-like finish, providing a realistic base. The overall proportions are balanced for interior placement, offering a clean, contemporary aesthetic suitable for various architectural styles from modern apartments to professional lobby spaces.

The download is a 14.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this asset into a SketchUp project, import the component directly into your scene using the component browser. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated 'vegetation' or 'decor' layer to manage file performance and visibility during rendering. If necessary, apply material overrides or adjust the texture mapping of the leaves to suit specific lighting conditions or render engine requirements. The model is scaled for standard residential and commercial interior heights, though it can be resized proportionally to fit specific planter or spatial constraints.
