About this asset

This contemporary set of six potted indoor plants in SketchUp features varied green foliage housed in minimalist grey concrete planters. This collection comprises six distinct indoor plants arranged on a tiered concrete display base. The selection includes tall, slender varieties with spiky leaves, dense bushy shrubs, and smaller decorative specimens. Each plant is housed in a contemporary concrete planter, ranging from spherical bowls to elongated cylindrical and tapered vessels. The neutral grey finish of the pots provides a clean, understated contrast to the vibrant green tones of the foliage. The set offers a balanced mix of heights and textures, making it a versatile addition for adding natural elements to interior spaces.

The download is a 108 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 6 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these plants are typically handled as individual components or nested groups, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a model. Users can scale the individual pots to suit specific interior dimensions or adjust the material mapping on the concrete surfaces for closer render results. It is recommended to keep these on a dedicated layer to manage viewport performance, as the geometry of the foliage can be dense. Use proxies or lightweight instances if integrating into larger, more complex architectural scenes.

These plants are ideal for adding life to modern residential interiors, corporate office lobbies, or hotel reception areas. They work effectively as focal points on console tables, shelving units, or as floor-standing accents in corners. Professionals searching for 'potted greenery', 'indoor foliage', or 'architectural plant models' will find this set useful for staging living rooms, meeting areas, or hospitality spaces. The neutral aesthetic ensures they pair well with both minimalist and industrial interior design schemes, providing a touch of organic texture.
