Pomelo Fruit Tree

This 3ds Max Pomelo fruit tree model features a detailed branching structure and textured foliage, ideal for realistic rendering. This 3D model represents a Pomelo fruit tree, characterized by its open, spreading canopy and distinctively shaped leaves. The trunk and branches exhibit natural, irregular textures, supporting a sparse distribution of spherical green fruits nestled among the foliage. The crown is structured with thin, outward-reaching branches, creating a realistic silhouette suitable for close-up views. The model captures the specific botanical form of the citrus tree, with leaves rendered in varying shades of green to simulate natural light penetration and healthy growth. It provides a balanced, organic form for architectural visualisation projects.

The download is a 35.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The model is provided for 3ds Max, allowing for easy integration into existing landscape or interior scenes. Professionals should use the included material definitions to ensure proper light interaction with the leaf textures. When scaling, maintain aspect ratios to preserve the tree's natural proportions. It is recommended to use instances for mass planting to optimize scene performance, while applying varied rotation and slight scaling adjustments to avoid repetitive patterns in the final render. Ensure proper pivot point alignment for placement.

This asset is suitable for high-end residential landscaping, interior courtyards, or greenhouse visualisation. It pairs well with minimalist or tropical design schemes where a touch of nature is required. Architects and designers can use this tree to add botanical realism to terrace designs, balcony scenes, or garden renders. It is especially effective in projects requiring specific fruit-bearing vegetation to ground the design in a particular climate or regional context, such as South East Asian or Mediterranean-inspired residential developments.
