Contemporary Grey Wood and Glass 8-Seater Dining Set

This contemporary 8-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a sleek glass-top table paired with matching grey-stained wood chairs. The ensemble comprises a rectangular dining table with a transparent glass top and a continuous, minimalist frame, accompanied by eight matching dining chairs. Each chair is constructed from wood with a distinct grey finish, showcasing a curved backrest and a contoured seat for ergonomic support. The table design maintains a clean profile, allowing the focus to remain on the interplay between the cool, reflective glass surface and the warm, textured wood grain of the seating. A subtle decor set on the table surface is included, providing a realistic scale reference for the arrangement.

The download is a 17.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of individual chairs or the central table. The glass material is set up with appropriate index of refraction and transparency parameters, while the wood finish uses a clear map for grain visibility. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each object to facilitate efficient placement within a floor plan or interior scene during the furniture layout phase of a project.

This dining set is suited for high-end residential dining rooms, luxury hotel suites, or modern restaurant interiors. Its balanced proportions and neutral material palette make it a versatile choice for contemporary design schemes. Architects and interior designers will find this piece useful for establishing a sophisticated focal point in open-plan living areas or formal dining spaces. When searching for this asset, terms such as glass dining table, 8-seater dining set, or contemporary wood chairs will yield relevant results for interior visualisation projects.
