About this asset

This contemporary grey fabric sectional sofa set with a lounge chair is a SketchUp model featuring a coordinated living room arrangement. This set features a low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a light grey fabric, complemented by a matching armchair with a curved backrest. The pieces are arranged on a monochromatic striped rug. A central round coffee table with a stone-effect top sits between the seating elements. The composition is completed by decorative cushions, a framed artwork, and a dark wood-panelled feature wall with vertical light strips. The design prioritises clean lines and a neutral colour palette, making it suitable for modern interiors where a cohesive, understated look is required for open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 148 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can adjust the placement of the sofa and armchair to fit specific floor plans or scale the entire set to match project dimensions. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily swapped or adjusted via the materials panel. The scene is ready for rendering or can be stripped back to use individual components as separate library assets for quick interior styling.

Ideal for residential projects, this set works well in living rooms, hotel lobbies, and high-end lounge areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist interiors and neutral room palettes. Professionals searching for a complete furniture grouping for visualisation will find this useful for staging renders or creating quick interior concepts. It integrates seamlessly into designs requiring a balanced, contemporary aesthetic, especially when paired with light wood flooring or stone wall cladding in modern apartment or house interior schemes.
