About this asset

This contemporary landscaped bed for SketchUp features two palm trees, ornamental grasses, white gravel, and integrated lighting. This landscape scene presents a curated corner bed defined by a low, L-shaped concrete border. The planting scheme centres on two mature palm trees of varying heights, complemented by clusters of dense ornamental grasses at their base. The ground plane is finished with a layer of uniform white river stones, providing a clean contrast against the lush green foliage. A small, modern garden spotlight is positioned within the bed to highlight the vegetation, making this a complete, ready-to-place outdoor element for architectural visualisations that require immediate, high-quality botanical detail without complex assembly.

The download is a 41.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is best utilised as a component. Users can drop it directly into their site plans or garden designs to instantly populate outdoor areas. Because the scene includes both soft and hard landscaping elements, it is useful for setting up lighting studies or quick exterior renders. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for vegetation to manage scene complexity effectively, and adjust the spotlight intensity within your render engine to match the desired time of day.

This asset is suited for residential garden designs, hotel courtyards, and terrace projects where a polished, professional finish is required. It pairs well with modern building facades or stone-paved patios. Professionals looking for 'exterior landscape details', 'garden bed components', or 'potted palm tree clusters' for site plans will find this model particularly useful during the concept and design development stages. It provides an efficient solution for adding realism to exterior renders without the need to model individual plants and stones.
