Contemporary Black Metal Hanging Planter Set

This contemporary SketchUp model features a set of two black metal hanging planters with foliage, designed for interior spaces. These two minimalist hanging planters feature slender, elongated vertical metal cages finished in a matte black powder coat. Each cage supports a cylindrical inner vessel that holds lush green indoor foliage. The structures are suspended by delicate chains, creating an airy, vertical aesthetic. The design relies on clean geometry and a monochromatic palette, making it adaptable to various interior styles. The plants display varied leaf textures and densities, providing a realistic look for close-up visualisations. The set includes both units, allowing for staggered installation heights to add depth and visual interest to a room.

The download is a 3.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are provided as modular components, allowing for easy placement and rotation within a scene. Users should check the component axes to ensure the suspension chains align correctly with ceiling planes. Materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily adjusted or swapped to suit specific render engine requirements. When populating a space, use the scale tool to adjust the overall size, or explode the group to modify the plant species or pot finish independently to match project specifications.
