About this asset

Tropical woven rattan lamps provide organic illumination in this SketchUp model set featuring three pendants and one matching floor lamp. This four-piece lighting collection features botanical, fan-leaf diffusers crafted with textured rattan weave and bordered rims. The set comprises three ceiling pendants and an upright floor luminaire. The pendants vary in scale and arrangement, including two compact multi-petal drop lights and an elongated branch fixture with staggered foliage shades along a central bamboo stem. The companion floor lamp rises from a circular black base, supporting an organic vertical column lined with tiered rattan leaves. Rich brown bamboo joints and natural woven mesh provide warm tactile contrast across all four fixtures.

The download is a 37.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Designed for rapid placement in SketchUp, each luminaire can be dropped directly into interior scenes as separate components or grouped arrangements. Users can adjust cord drop lengths to suit ceiling heights and assign two-sided transmissive materials or mesh opacity maps for accurate raytraced render tests. Placing point lights or omni emitters within the core hubs ensures realistic diffused shadowing through the woven textures.

Suited to high-end residential, boutique hospitality, and resort interiors, these fixtures introduce biophilic character to living rooms, covered verandas, hotel lobbies, and eco-retreat bedrooms. The organic silhouettes pair naturally with linen upholstery, raw wood timber furniture, and polished concrete finishes. Visualisers commonly source these models under tropical lighting, woven pendant lights, rattan floor lamp, and bohemian dining luminaires for concept presentations and detailed interior visualisations.
