About this asset

Suspended by delicate cables, this contemporary white ruffled pendant light 3ds Max model brings a soft organic sculptural form to architectural scenes. Sculpted with layered, undulating petals that evoke folded paper or organic cloud formations, this fixture diffuses light through a complex cluster of translucent sheets. The central luminous core projects an ambient glow across the interlocking folds, creating subtle gradation and soft shadow relief. High-tension suspension wires gather at a cylindrical black collar along the drop, paired with an offset dark power cable. Its voluminous spherical silhouette offers balanced scale, while the light-weight visual texture contrasts cleanly with minimalist interior envelopes.

The download is a 3.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Delivered as a native 3ds Max model, the luminaire integrates into visualization pipelines as a ready-to-render asset. The translucent shade geometry benefits from two-sided or subsurface materials to capture the internal illumination accurately. Architects and visualizers can adjust the suspension wire heights to suit custom ceiling levels or group multiple instances at varied elevations over large communal tables and lounge layouts.

Suited for high-end residential dining rooms, boutique hotel suites, chic cafes, and reception lounges, this statement fixture functions equally well as a central focal point or ambient accent. The fixture pairs naturally with natural wood dining tables, plaster wall finishes, and understated contemporary furniture. Designers searching for organic pendant lighting, cloud chandeliers, or sculptural translucent luminaires will find this asset versatile across concept presentations and photorealistic interior renderings.
