About this asset

Contemporary pendant light 3ds Max model featuring a concentric metal wire frame suspended with delicate translucent white leaf diffusers. Designed as a decorative spherical pendant, this luminaire features concentric circular metal tiers anchored by radiating structural spokes. A dark central downrod connects the ceiling canopy directly to an interior light source. Suspended across the concentric bands are hundreds of translucent white leaf-shaped elements, creating an organic foliage-inspired diffuser. When illuminated from within, light scatters softly through the overlapping petals, casting intricate shadows and warm ambient illumination. The dark frame provides a crisp structural outline that contrasts with the ethereal, airy texture of the suspended shade.

The download is an 11.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Import the asset directly into 3ds Max scenes as an Xref or merged editable poly. The geometric wireframe and arrayed diffuser components allow straightforward material assignment, letting you tune transmission, roughness, or self-illumination shaders. Position the ceiling canopy to meet finished ceiling planes and adjust drop heights along the downrod to suit varying ceiling conditions before rendering with standard physical cameras.

Well suited for high-end residential dining rooms, boutique hotel lounges, double-height reception foyers, and master bedroom suites. This light fixture acts as a focal centrepiece above rectangular or circular dining tables and lounge arrangements.
