About this asset

Contemporary black luminaire collection designed as a 3ds Max model set, featuring a branching glass globe chandelier, halo floor lamp, and downlights. The primary focal piece is a branching multi-arm chandelier holding translucent tinted glass globe shades with exposed decorative filaments. Accompanying it is an ultra-slim architectural floor lamp defined by a circular ring halo head, delicate stem, disc base, and warm accent collar. The set also supplies compact ceiling fixtures, including a cluster of surface-mounted cylindrical spotlights and a dual-cylinder downlight module. Each fixture displays refined geometric proportions and balanced metal framing, offering a unified aesthetic across overhead, accent, and task illumination.

The download is a 5.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, merge the fixtures into interior scenes and place individual luminaires onto ceiling and floor planes. Geometry can be grouped by fixture type for straightforward instancing across hotel corridors or open-plan layouts. Assign self-illuminated light materials to internal filament meshes or pair each shade with photometric IES web files and spherical light sources to achieve realistic photometric falloff and interior ambience.

Suited to residential interiors, luxury hospitality suites, upscale restaurants, and boutique spaces, these lights coordinate smoothly across spatial zones. Suspend the branching chandelier over dining tables or formal living room seating arrangements, position the ring floor lamp beside lounge reading chairs, and distribute the ceiling cylinders across circulation areas or entry foyers. Specifiers and visualisers sourcing architectural lighting packages, contemporary pendant clusters, and modern task luminaires can populate entire room schemes with consistent hardware detailing.
