About this asset

Contemporary wall-hung vanity cabinet with a countertop washbasin and integrated lighting, provided as a 3ds Max scene file. This wall-hung vanity ensemble features a minimalist grey storage unit paired with a crisp white countertop washbasin. The design is anchored by a tall, oval-shaped mirror with a contrasting dark frame, set against a marble-clad wall. Integrated under-cabinet lighting provides a soft, ambient glow, highlighting the floating aesthetic of the unit. The set includes essential bathroom accessories such as a slender pendant light, a towel hook, and decorative elements like a small potted plant and fragrance diffusers, creating a cohesive, high-end look suitable for modern residential or boutique hotel washrooms.

The download is a 372 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is structured for efficient integration into larger architectural projects. Users can merge the vanity block into their master file, ensuring the pivot point is correctly aligned for wall-mounting. The materials are pre-configured, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble textures or cabinet finishes via the material editor. Lighting settings, including the under-cabinet LEDs and pendant fixtures, are ready for adjustment to match the project's specific exposure and colour temperature requirements.

This vanity unit is ideal for high-end residential bathrooms, master suites, or luxury hotel washrooms. It works well in contemporary or minimalist interior schemes where clean lines and floating furniture are preferred. Professionals searching for a complete bathroom detail will find this asset useful for both schematic design and final presentation rendering. It pairs effectively with large-format stone tiling, frameless glass shower enclosures, and brass or matte black tapware to complete the modern aesthetic in architectural visualisations.
