The download is a 49.5 MB file containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

This 3ds Max asset is organised with distinct object layers for the cabinetry, fixtures, and accessories, facilitating easy scene management. Users can merge the units into their project file, ensuring the pivot points are aligned at the floor base for accurate placement. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or stone finish to suit specific interior palettes. The inclusion of washing machine geometry serves as a placeholder, which can be easily swapped for specific appliance models.
