About this asset

This modern yellow plastic mini desk fan for SketchUp features a compact, portable design with a simple rotary speed control dial. This portable desk fan is constructed from a vibrant yellow plastic housing with a matching circular fan head and a stable, tapered base. The front grille features a fine radial pattern, protecting the internal fan blades while maintaining a minimalist aesthetic. A single rotary knob located on the front of the base allows for speed adjustment, indicated by simple iconography. The proportions are balanced for desktop placement, offering a clean silhouette that avoids unnecessary clutter. Its lightweight construction and straightforward form make it a functional yet unobtrusive addition to any workspace or small interior environment.

The download is a 17.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this model into a SketchUp project, ensure the object is placed on a flat surface using the native move and rotate tools to align it with your desk or shelving units. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy material assignment or colour adjustments to suit specific project palettes. Use the component hierarchy to manage the fan head independently if you need to adjust its tilt for a more dynamic or realistic presentation within your interior scenes.

Ideal for residential home offices, student study areas, or casual workspace styling, this desk fan adds a practical touch of colour to interior renders. It pairs well with modern task chairs, minimalist desks, and small stationery sets. Professionals use this asset to populate scenes that require a lived-in, functional feel, specifically in residential or commercial office visualisations.
