About this asset

This modern wall-hung washbasin vanity set for 3ds Max features a terrazzo countertop, a circular mirror, and decorative accessories. The ensemble features a minimalist wall-hung vanity unit topped with a white terrazzo surface, housing a central basin. A slim, circular metal-framed mirror sits above the console, providing a clean geometric focal point. The unit is complemented by a single potted plant and a small area of patterned grey and white floor tiles, creating a cohesive visual vignette. The overall aesthetic is contemporary and clean, balancing the speckled texture of the terrazzo with smooth metallic accents. This set provides a complete design solution for a compact, high-end bathroom or powder room interior.

The download is a 31.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type, allowing for easy selection of the vanity, mirror, and accessories. Users should check the pivot points upon merging to ensure accurate wall alignment. The terrazzo and metal materials are mapped with standard texture channels, which can be easily adjusted or swapped to match specific scene lighting or render settings. Ensure all included bitmap assets are correctly repathed to the project folder to maintain the integrity of the textures and reflections.

This vanity set is ideal for contemporary residential bathroom designs, boutique hotel suites, or high-end powder rooms. It pairs well with minimalist wall finishes, such as large-format porcelain tiles or plaster, and can be integrated into both new-build projects and renovation schemes. Professionals searching for modern bathroom furniture, wall-mounted storage solutions, or complete sanitaryware sets will find this asset versatile for quick interior visualisation. It is suited for early-stage conceptual work or final high-resolution renders where a refined, ready-to-use bathroom feature is required.
