Modern Black Matte L-Shaped Kitchen with Island

This modern black matte L-shaped kitchen 3ds Max model features a functional island and integrated cabinetry for a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. The kitchen layout comprises an L-shaped base and wall cabinet configuration finished in a uniform matte black. It includes a dedicated tall unit housing a large refrigerator, integrated shelving, and a secondary tall storage cabinet with vertical fluted detailing. The central island mirrors this fluted aesthetic on its side panels and is paired with two matching bar stools. Stainless steel fixtures, including a sink and pull-down faucet, provide a subtle material contrast. The design emphasises clean lines and a monochromatic palette, offering a sophisticated solution for open-plan living areas where visual cohesion is paramount.

The download is a 42.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this kitchen into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure all object pivots are aligned to the floor plane. The cabinets, appliances, and island are typically grouped for ease of placement and scaling. Apply your preferred global illumination settings and adjust the material reflection maps to suit your specific lighting environment. Use standard layer management to separate the cabinetry, appliances, and decorative accessories, allowing for quick adjustments to material properties or geometry visibility during the final rendering process.
