About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped kitchen unit for 3ds Max features wood-grain cabinetry, a retro-style black refrigerator, and integrated appliances. The assembly comprises a compact L-shaped layout with base and wall-mounted cabinets finished in a vertical wood grain veneer. A tall integrated cabinet unit houses a built-in oven, while a standalone retro-style black refrigerator provides a high-contrast focal point. The countertop includes an inset stainless-steel sink with a chrome faucet. A chimney-style range hood sits above a cooktop, completing the functional workspace. The design focuses on efficient storage and clean lines, balancing the warmth of the timber finish against the sleek, dark tones of the appliances and metallic hardware components.

The download is a 13.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this kitchen assembly directly into 3ds Max scenes as a single model or group. The component-based structure allows for easy adjustment of individual elements such as the refrigerator or cabinetry units to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows, enabling quick adjustments to textures or reflections. Ensuring the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base allows for seamless placement against wall surfaces in interior architectural visualisations.

This kitchen unit is ideal for residential interior projects, particularly in apartment developments, studios, or compact urban housing schemes where space-efficient L-shaped configurations are required. It pairs well with contemporary dining sets and open-plan living room furniture. Professionals searching for modern modular kitchen layouts, small apartment kitchen solutions, or retro-styled appliance integrations will find this asset useful. It is suitable for use throughout the design development and final presentation stages of a project, providing a realistic, ready-to-render kitchen solution.
