Industrial Black Metal Frame Bathroom Partition Scene

This industrial-style bathroom scene for 3ds Max features a black metal grid-frame partition enclosing a shower, toilet, and vanity. This complete bathroom scene is defined by its striking black metal grid-frame partition that creates a semi-transparent enclosure. Inside, the layout includes a modern white ceramic vanity with integrated storage, a wall-mounted toilet, and a glass-enclosed shower area. The flooring consists of grey hexagonal ceramic tiles, providing a neutral backdrop that complements the industrial aesthetic. A minimalist rectangular mirror with a black frame mirrors the grid design of the partition. The space is thoughtfully arranged to maximise functionality within a compact footprint, incorporating open shelving and chrome fixtures throughout the unit.

The download is a 26.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this scene is organised for efficient integration into larger architectural projects. Users can merge the entire assembly into their master file, adjusting the individual components through standard layer management. The materials are pre-applied, allowing for quick adjustments to the glass transparency or metal finish via the material editor. The scene is scaled for standard residential heights, making it ready for immediate placement in floor plans or interior visualisations without requiring complex re-modelling or significant geometry clean-up.
