About this asset

This contemporary kitchen scene in 3ds Max features a marble-topped island and high-contrast cabinetry with integrated appliances. This kitchen assembly comprises a linear wall run and a matching freestanding island. The wall cabinetry features a mix of white matte doors and a dark wood-grain frame, paired with a white marble-effect backsplash. The island continues the marble-effect theme with a waterfall edge, while its base is finished in a vertical-slatted brown wood. Appliances include a full-height black double-door refrigerator and an integrated cooktop on the island. A stainless steel sink and faucet are mounted into the wall run. The set is presented as a cohesive, ready-to-use spatial arrangement for interior visualisation.

The download is a 74.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this scene directly into a 3ds Max project file to establish a kitchen layout. The components are grouped logically, allowing for easy adjustment of the island position or wall-run length. Materials for the marble surfaces and wood-slat cabinetry are pre-assigned, requiring only standard texture path relinking. The lighting setup should be adjusted to complement the scene's neutral grey background, with local light sources added to the under-cabinet areas for a professional, finished look in the final render.

This kitchen unit is ideal for residential interior design projects, particularly for open-plan living and dining areas where the island acts as a focal point. It fits well into modern apartment layouts or luxury home visualisations requiring a high-end, clean aesthetic. Designers can use this asset during the concept or development stages to demonstrate spatial flow and material palettes. It pairs effectively with contemporary bar stools, minimalist pendant lighting, and neutral flooring materials to complete a high-quality, realistic kitchen environment.
