About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a complete kitchen island unit with two matching bar stools and integrated cabinetry. The assembly showcases a modern kitchen island finished in a rich, dark walnut-toned veneer with recessed black channel detailing. It is accompanied by two high-profile bar stools featuring splayed wooden legs and upholstered black seats. The surrounding kitchen layout includes floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, integrated wall ovens, and open shelving, all maintaining a cohesive material palette. The island serves as a central focal point, providing a functional surface for dining or preparation, while the overall design prioritises clean lines, dark tones, and practical storage solutions for contemporary residential kitchen interiors.

The download is a 199 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy placement and repositioning of the island and stools within a larger floor plan. Users can modify the material textures or adjust the scale of the cabinetry to fit specific room dimensions. The file is optimised for integration into existing architectural scenes; ensure that the axis is correctly aligned with your project origin for efficient snapping and alignment during the interior design process.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this kitchen island set is suited for open-plan living spaces, luxury apartments, and modern home renovations. It pairs well with stone flooring, marble-look splashbacks, and minimalist lighting fixtures. Professionals searching for a ready-to-render kitchen layout will find this useful for high-end residential visualisations and client presentations. The set works effectively in both conceptual design and final documentation stages, providing a realistic base for showcasing cabinetry finishes and kitchen spatial arrangements.
