Contemporary Tinted Glass Freestanding Bathtub Set

This contemporary SketchUp model features a set of two tinted glass freestanding bathtubs with black fixtures in green and pink hues. These two freestanding bathtubs feature a minimalist, oval-shaped form crafted from transparent tinted glass. The set includes one green-tinted tub and one pink-tinted tub, both paired with sleek, modern black metal floor-mounted or wall-mounted tapware. The design emphasizes clean lines and a lightweight aesthetic, making the tubs appear almost ethereal within a bathroom space. The internal basin is smoothly contoured, with a central drain fitting. This pair provides a high-contrast visual option for designers looking to introduce subtle colour and transparency into a contemporary master bathroom or boutique hotel suite interior.

The download is a 17.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, these models are structured as clean, ready-to-place components. Users can easily manage the transparency and refraction settings for the glass materials via the native material editor to achieve desired lighting effects. The fixtures are grouped separately, allowing for adjustments to placement or swapping between wall-mounted and floor-standing configurations. Scaling should be performed uniformly to maintain proper ergonomic proportions. Layers or tags should be used to organise the tubs and their respective plumbing fixtures for efficient scene management in larger interior projects.
