Users can import this 3ds Max model directly into their scene, ensuring the scale is checked against the project's floor plan. The cabinet, sink, and mirror are typically grouped for easy placement against a wall. Materials are mapped to standard slots, allowing for adjustments to the wood grain or stone reflection settings to match specific render requirements. The integrated lighting within the mirror frame can be controlled via the scene's light controllers or by applying an emissive material to the light-emitting surface.
