Contemporary Marble and Wood Kitchen Island Set

This SketchUp model set features four contemporary kitchen islands with integrated dining tables in marble, wood, and metal finishes. This collection comprises four distinct kitchen island configurations, each blending high-contrast materials for a modern aesthetic. The islands incorporate various worktops, including black and white veined marble, paired with warm natural wood extensions that serve as casual dining bars or breakfast counters. Each unit features integrated cabinetry, open shelving, and sink cut-outs, with accompanying dining chairs in coordinated colour palettes. The designs explore different spatial relationships between the preparation area and seating, ranging from linear extensions to perpendicular arrangements, providing a versatile set of options for open-plan kitchen and living room layouts.

The download is a 58 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise these SketchUp components by importing them into your active model as individual groups. Each island is organised with logical layering, allowing for the easy adjustment of materials or the swapping of chairs to match specific interior schemes. The geometry is clean, making it suitable for quick placement in design iterations or as a base for customising bespoke joinery. Ensure your model units are set to millimetres before scaling to confirm the islands align correctly with standard kitchen cabinetry and countertop heights.
